Over the past year, I’ve worked with Cat in two small groups. Coming into the coaching experience, I was looking for clarity of career and purpose. Coaching did help me figure out some of those things, but more than that I learned to accept responsibility for every aspect of my life. That wasn’t easy at times and it was really great being in a supportive group watching others learn those lessons too.

But what was really special about the experience was that Cat didn’t just offer support and accountability for what I thought I should be working on. She challenged me to turn my attention towards things I was actively avoiding–the things I was afraid to face. Now, I finally understand that I create all of it–the good and the bad. I’m more confident about what I truly want and I know I have all the power, time and energy that I need to keep changing my life. I am, everyday.

Entrepreneurship on Accident with Morgan Specht

I always appreciate the reminder that for some of us, we find entrepreneurship by accident. This certainly wasn’t the case for me, but it was for today’s guest, Morgan Specht. Morgan, owner of Specht and Co., found entrepreneurship by accident when she realized the life of corporate marketing wasn’t for her. I only recently connected with Morgan, but we were able to speak deeply and to the heart in today’s episode. You’ll hear how she upgraded her business boundaries, finds aligned clients, and how to grow your business in a way that feels good despite what traditional business advice tells you. Happy listening!
