Reginald Jackson
I empower senior executives and emerging leaders to overcome the stressors of their professional + personal life and meet their goals – while also maintaining their overall health and wellness.
My coaching approach is all about partnership, communication, and accountability.
And my leadership development methodology has been influenced by experiences as a Marine. The mantra I developed for my Marines was: “I will never ask you to do anything I haven’t done, cannot do, or would not do myself.” I follow this with my coaching clients as well.
I’m the proud father of two adult children and six grandchildren. In my spare time I love wine pairing, visiting boutique wineries, and exploring the outdoors, especially long nature hikes. To stay fit, weight training, trail running, and Spartan races are at the top of my list!

Entrepreneurship on Accident with Morgan Specht
I always appreciate the reminder that for some of us, we find entrepreneurship by accident. This certainly wasn’t the case for me, but it was for today’s guest, Morgan Specht. Morgan, owner of Specht and Co., found entrepreneurship by accident when she realized the life of corporate marketing wasn’t for her. I only recently connected with Morgan, but we were able to speak deeply and to the heart in today’s episode. You’ll hear how she upgraded her business boundaries, finds aligned clients, and how to grow your business in a way that feels good despite what traditional business advice tells you. Happy listening!
